Belt Roasting Machine Production Line

D Steel Plant is located in northern China and currently operates two belt roasting machine production lines. Each pallet car is precisely composed of 400 grate bars, 8 lower sidewalls and 16 upper sidewalls. However, after only two years of high-temperature tempering, the original upper sidewall revealed its quality shortcomings: large areas were severely burned, some components were even “as thin as paper” or completely missing, posing a huge hidden danger to the production line.
To solve this problem, the customer decisively upgraded all the upper sidewalls of one of their production lines to our “Luoyuan” brand products through phased procurement. Reshaping standards with strength, the earliest replaced Luoyuan brand upper sidewalls have withstood nearly two years of extreme working conditions with almost no signs of burning. With its robust durability and amazing stability, it once again demonstrates the absolute advantage of Luoyuan’s quality.
