C Steel Plant is located in southern China and has one belt roasting machine production line and two sintering production lines. Each pallet car of the belt roasting machine is equipped with 400 grate bars, 8 lower sidewalls, and 16 upper sidewalls as standard. Previously, the factory had switched to using spare parts from other brands for core consumable components, but these parts suffered severe burn damage under actual operating conditions. During this period, although the customer attempted to extend the service life of the upper panel by means of welding overlay, the actual results were not ideal.
In response to this long-standing pain point, our company focused its efforts precisely and provided the steel plant with a trial solution for the upper sidewalls of the entire belt roasting machine and the sintering furnace bars of the entire line. As of the end of February 2025, this batch of trial-use parts had been operating stably under harsh conditions for nearly a year. Feedback from the site indicates that the product remains intact to this day. Thanks to its superior durability and resistance to burn-out, it has completely overcome the long-standing problem of high spare parts wear and tear that has plagued customers.
