The pellet production line of Steel Plant B was designed and constructed by a well-known metallurgical design company and is located in the eastern coastal region of China.It has the capacity to produce 4 million tons of alkaline pellets per year.
The production line is equipped with 192 online pallet cars measuring 4.5 meters by 1.5 meters. Each pallet car contains 400 grate bars, 8 lower sidewalls, and 16 upper sidewalls. Previously, the factory had been using the original factory configuration for core consumable parts such as grates and sidewalls.
After our company intervened, compared to the high original installation price, we directly achieved a cost reduction of up to 80% for our customers. Among them, the first batch of 16 upper sidewalls and 32 sets of matching bolts, after three years of high-load operation, are still in a state close to that of new products. Thanks to its impeccable durability and excellent cost performance, the customer has placed multiple additional orders for upper sidewalls with our company, establishing a long-term and stable cooperative relationship based on trust.
