Based on the practical experience gained from the Hebei project, the technical team carried out comprehensive technical upgrades and customized iterations to meet the specific on-site requirements of the Fujian client. After the system was put into operation, the lubrication operation was executed precisely and automatically according to the plan, with excellent lubrication hit rate and a significant improvement in the uptime of the production line equipment.

In actual operation, the upgraded system demonstrated exceptional engineering collaboration and technological maturity. The system seamlessly integrated with the customer’s existing monthly maintenance plan, operating “invisibly” and without interfering with normal maintenance schedules. 

In terms of core hardware, the system adopts the golden combination of “gun-type oiling component + electronic follow-up spring” to ensure absolute uniformity and precision of oil injection, completely eliminating the phenomena of leakage and over-injection. Meanwhile, relying on the deep integration of electrical detection units and PLC systems, the parameters of each lubrication operation are recorded in real time, creating a traceable intelligent lubrication database for the factory.

The successful implementation of this case has validated the universality and high replicability of our system in sintering production lines in the south, laying a solid technical foundation for its subsequent industry-wide promotion.
