Belt roasting machine production line

The production line of Steel Plant A is located in the southeastern coastal region of China. The steel plant uses a belt roasting machine process and was designed and constructed by a well-known metallurgical design company. The production line has an annual capacity of 2.6 million tons. The pellets are alkaline pellets, and the raw material is iron ore powder. The pallet car measures 3.5 meters by 1.5 meters and has a speed of 3 meters per minute. The combustion system is provided by FCT Australia and the roasting temperature is controlled at 1250 degrees Celsius.
The production line is equipped with 144 online pallet cars, each car is equipped with 382 grate bars, 8 lower sidewalls and 16 upper sidewalls.
Our company provided the steel mill with trial products in mid-2022. After six months of trial and verification, the customer gave full affirmation to our products and officially placed the first order for grates and upper sidewalls. The first batch of pallet cars was officially put into use on March 19, 2023, and has been running stably for 4 years. During this period, through subsequent procurement and major overhauls, all the upper sidewalls on the production line have now been upgraded to “Luoyuan” brand products.
Furthermore, based on a comparison of bid prices, the “Luoyuan” brand upper sidewall has a significant price advantage of 15% compared to other brands, achieving a perfect combination of high quality and high cost performance.
